The difficulty of growing succulents in a temperate climate is well known. For all of us, whether professional or amateurs, coping with the unpredictability of winter presents a major problem. The last two winters,  colder than ever before, have certainly tested our committment to this hobby of ours. Yet the challenge is there, and I still find great joy in producing these tropical plants successfully.
